LIME

An excellent neighbourhood

At the heart of a mix of multi-storey residential buildings, historic streets, and old and new builds, the property not only impresses with its winning facade aesthetic of brick belts and coloured plaster following designs by Stefan Forster Architekten, but also pre-built balconies, sharp window facades and modern furnishings that ooze timeless elegance.

The new-build project on Feldstraße comprises a total of six buildings with 191 apartments and a communal underground car park with 107 parking spaces.

Garden courtyards divide up the residential buildings and shield the lower apartments from the street. To guarantee peace and quiet, the outdoor area is only accessible to pedestrians. Shaded spots plus several lingering areas and playgrounds form a neighbourhood meeting point in the outdoor area with a wide variety of greenery.

Offenbach

Lush green city on the River Main

As Hesse’s fifth-largest city, Offenbach has excellent connections with the adjacent metropolis of Frankfurt am Main via the Frankfurt Rhein-Main Regional Authority. Once an industrial city, today Offenbach is a key service hub. With its University of Art and Design (HfG), the city is also part of a cluster as a university location specialising in the design field. Around 3,000 companies operate in the fields of architecture, typography, graphic and web design, industrial and vehicle design, and film and animation. In addition to the development departments of Honda and Hyundai, the production facilities of Opel, Continental and Lear are part of what is known as Automotive-Cluster RhineMainNeckar which, along with many more companies, covers the entire value chain in the automotive sector.

The green city is characterised by its impressive Renaissance, Classicist, Gründerzeit and Art Nouveau facades that create impressive contrasts in the cityscape in combination with its twentieth-century architecture and contemporary urban planning. Offenbach’s sprawling green areas include a large variety of parks, the bend in the River Main, the Offenbach Green Belt and three nature reserves that give the city its distinctive character. Around 131,300 inhabitants in 21 districts enjoy the way urban and green are brought together so harmoniously. Numerous bodies of water invite you to swim and bathe, while culture is not only celebrated in theatres, cinemas and museums, but also with regular open-air events – typical of the local Rhenish way of life.

Offenbach-Lindenfeld

Naturally close to the centre

Lindenfeld is nestled in an ideal location between the Mathildenviertel, Buchhügel, Senefelder Quartier and the centre of Offenbach. Its superb infrastructure offers a range of possibilities to cover everyday needs in short distances, to get into the city and to work or to reach destinations in and around the region. The Sana-Klinikum and the Ketteler-Krankenhaus are two major medical providers in the district.

The nearby Mainpark and Meteos Uferpark quite literally provide local recreation right around the corner. The restored Altarm section of the River Main is not the only ideal spot for relaxation, sports and games, though: Waldpark, Wetterpark, Sana-Sportpark and the Fun Forest Abenteuer Park provide active enjoyment in green surroundings for young and old alike.
